Mother Teresa Peace Home
Mother Teresa Peace Home is a novel initiative by Ramanathapuram Diocese for finding out and providing food, accommodation and loving care to the invalid children affected by cerebral palsy..
It was Joyalukkas Foundation which offered them financial support to construct the dormitory for the palsied children.Out of the 3 proposed blocks , the first phase is now completed .The Blessing Ceremony of the new block was performed by H. Exc., Mar Paul Alappat, Bishop of Ramanathapuram Diocese on Sunday 21st May 2023. Mr. Joy Alukkas, CMD, Joyalukkas Group inaugurated the new dormitory building ,immediately after the Blessing..in the presence of Mrs Jolly Joy Alukkas , Fr. Noble Panthaladickal, Fr. George Narikkuzhi, Mr. Milton John. Sri. George T A ,Sr. Beena etc. Mr. Joy Alukkas has offered another 35 lakhs to complete construction of the building.There were a large number of neighbours ,parishioners and nuns who attended the function.
