Bethlehem Abhayabhavan- a haven for disowned and discarded

Bethlehem Abhayabhavan is a large family having more than 500 members, all with mental disorders. Mrs Mary Esthapan is the loving mother and head of this uncommon family situated at Koovapady near Perumbavoor..They all require food, dress and medical care without fail and this caring mother is trying hard to make both ends meet..These inmates had only temporary sheds to live which was not safe and secure and hence the head of the family Mary Chechi approached JA Foundation for help.
