Digital support for students
Machad Govt. HSS Principal approached us requesting for a support to buy Tabs for the poor students who are unable to afford to buy smart phones or tabs. Our representatives visited the place and along with teachers visited the colonies from which these girls are coming . We finalised a list of 13 nos girl students who genuinely needed tabs to attend the regular online classes.
On Friday 3rd September a simple function was conducted to distribute the Tabs. Wadakkancherry MLA , Sri. Xaviour Chittilappilly distributed the tabs among the parents of the students, in a meeting chaired by Sri P.S Vinayan , Member , Thrissur Block Panchayath. Sri P.P Jose, Chief Coordinator, JA Foundation delivered the Key-note address. Sri. V.C Sajindran,Chairman, Health and Education Standing Committee, Sri. Yrishi Palpu Managing Trustee, Dr. Palpu Foundation , Sri. Suresh PTA President etc. offered felicitations. High School Principal Sri. Narayanan Kutty V, welcomed the audience and Staff Secretary Prasanth expressed thanks specifically to JA foundation for organising Tabs for the 13 nos Higher Secondary girl students who were unable to attend their regular classes for want of Tabs .
